Step 1: Choose the Right Scented Candle for meditation

Selecting the perfect scented candle for your meditation is crucial. Different scents can evoke different emotions and responses, so choosing one that aligns with your desired meditation experience is essential. For example, lavender is known for its calming properties, while eucalyptus can help with mental clarity. Experiment with various scents to find the one that resonates most with you.

Find a comfortable position, either cross-legged on the floor or seated in a chair with your feet flat. Keep your back straight yet relaxed, and gently rest your hands on your knees or lap. Close your eyes or maintain a soft gaze on the candle flame.

I tried the candle gazing meditation and was pretty surprised how good it actually is. The real nice calming scent of the lavender candle I used gave the whole experience a different vibe. Def worth trying out 🥰

bought their candle from the link on this blog and the delivery was faster than amazons 🤣
