There are moments in business that happen loudly, and there are moments that happen quietly.
For us at Berryline Candles, the beginning of this year brought two recognitions that we chose not to immediately publish or turn into announcements. Instead, we took time to reflect on what they truly meant to us, to our customers, and to the direction we continue to build toward every day.
In January, Berryline Candles was honoured with a 2026 Canadian Choice Award, recognizing the work and dedication behind our brand here in Canada.
Only a few months later, in March, we also received international recognition through the Prestige Awards 2026.
To receive both a national and international recognition within such a short period of time feels incredibly meaningful to us, especially because so much of Berryline has been built slowly, intentionally, and with genuine care.
What makes these moments even more special is that much of our growth has happened quietly.
Over the past year, we have spent less time chasing visibility and more time focusing on the experience itself: creating fragrances people remember, designing products that feel thoughtful and refined, building long-term relationships, and continuing to grow through word of mouth, returning customers, and meaningful partnerships.
From our candles to our expanding scenting experiences, every detail has always mattered deeply to us.
These recognitions are not just reflections of a product. They are reflections of trust.
Trust from customers who welcomed Berryline into their homes. Trust from businesses that chose our fragrances for their spaces.
Trust from people who connected emotionally with something we created.
As a Canadian brand, receiving recognition at home is something we are deeply grateful for. Receiving international recognition shortly after was equally humbling and motivating.
While awards are never the reason we create, moments like these remind us that intentional work, consistency, and authenticity still matter.
To everyone who has supported Berryline Candles over the years, whether through a purchase, a conversation, a recommendation, or simply by believing in what we are building, thank you.
We are genuinely grateful.
This recognition belongs not only to our brand, but also to the people who made its growth possible.
